GovLytix is an independent practice. Not a reseller with a consulting page bolted on, and not a startup with a theory about how government ought to work. What we know about these problems, we learned standing in the room while they happened.

Thirteen-plus years working alongside clerks, elections directors, department heads, and county administrators across more than 350 jurisdictions. That work is where the pattern came from: the same problems, solved with the same workarounds, in one office after another.
GovLytix exists because those problems needed someone whose first move is a question rather than a demo — and because the vendors building real answers needed a route into a market that doesn’t buy the way commercial markets do.
The work still happens the same way it always has: in the office, with the people who run the process, asking questions until the problem has a name.
What we believe
If we can’t describe it in your words, we haven’t earned the right to propose anything.
It just isn’t on any invoice. Our job is to put a defensible number on it.
A recommendation that can’t conclude against us isn’t a recommendation.
It doesn’t replace the person who knows how your office actually runs.
